The General Services Administration (GSA) has certified AINS, Inc. as a provider of Enrollment and Registration Products and Services under Homeland Security Presidential Directive 12 (HSPD-12). AINS offers these services through their GSA Schedule 70 contract (Number GS-35F-4747G) under SIN 132-62.

AINS provides HSPD-12 services and logistic support including staffing services for PIV enrollment centers; verification of applicant identity (photographing, fingerprinting); collecting, safeguarding, and securely entering personal and biometric identification information; and activating, distributing and renewing PIV cards to applicants in accordance with Government regulations.

July 12, 2010, GAITHERSBURG, MD. - (BUSINESS WIRE) - AINS, Inc. (www.ains.com) announced that it has been awarded a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for the implementation and support of an electronic Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request tracking and fulfillment system by the Department of Justice (DoJ) Office of Information Policy (OIP).

AINS’ FOIAXpress electronic FOIA solution is specifically designed to automate the FOIA process. FOIAXpress tracks request information, generates correspondence letters, provides secure redaction, and quickly generates standard and ad hoc reports.

AINS Director of IT Support Services, Cindy Dillow, attended the Annual American Society of Access Professionals (ASAP) National Training Conference in New Orleans. Cindy participated in the NASA breakout session and provided attendees with a refresher course on FOIAXpress.
